Last week, in New York, L’oreal failed to persuade a U.S. judge in Manhattan to dismiss a proposed class action lawsuit accusing the company of defrauding shoppers by suggesting that two topical collagen products help smooth wrinkles.

From our point of view who has studied cell ageing for over 20 years, I struggle to see how the majority of skincare products available on the market can be tangible anti-ageing...  Many are formulas are based on synthetic and petro chemical ingredients, which do nothing for cells whatsoever.
