Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No - you are welcome to purchase and checkout as a guest. Your personal information is not stored. 

 

I have special instructions with my order 

At the cart page, just below the list of products that are in your basket, you will find 'leave a note with your order' - click this and key in your note in the box. Your note is for information only and does not alter any of our terms and conditions or your statutory rights which, together, are the basis of our trade with you.

 

 

Can I amend or cancel my order after check-out?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed, so please check carefully all the details to avoid any mistakes. 

 

I have a discount code, how can I use it? 

At the check-out, just below the list of products from your basket, there is a field called 'discount code or gift card'. Please carefully enter your discount code in the box and then click the apply button.

Please make sure your discount was applied, as we are unable to manually apply the discount code after the order has been placed. Discounts apply to the product price(s), not shipping charges or VAT / sales tax.

 

I've received an incorrect item, what should I do? 

Please contact us quoting your order number and we will get back to you as soon as we can. 

 

When will my order be processed? 

All orders will be processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched on Monday.
