How to Rebuild Collagen for Firmer, Younger Looking Skin

How to Rebuild Collagen for Firmer, Younger Looking Skin

Collagen is a major component of your skin. It plays a role in strengthening skin, as well as in elasticity and hydration. As you age, your body produces less collagen, leading to dry skin and the formation of wrinkles, however, all is not lost! Rebuilding collagen is possible is about providing the skin with Amino Acids, which are proteins, to activate the rebuilding.

However, these Amino Acids need to be in a format in which the skin cells can absorb them, and at the right concentration. Many creams have amino acids but because they are creams and formulated alongside loads of synthetic chemicals, you will never absorb them.

So what can you do? Well, only natural oils on their own, i.e., nothing else, no water, no creams, etc., can break up and get through.
So how does one do this? Simple: use one of our oils. If you use one of our face oils on your face, massage the residual on the back of your hands, and you get the face benefits and the hand benefits. Alternatively, use one of our body oils after showering, applying it to all the body, and massage the residual on the back of your hands, and you get the body benefits and the hands.
At night, apply a little of any of the oils directly to the back of the hands. It can take time to build collagen—1-2–3 months, but mostly within a few weeks.
And in summer, don’t use sun screens; let the oils protect you.

So what can you do instead? Well, only Natural Oils on their own can penetrate to that cellular level. No formulations with any water so no creams, lotions or serums if they contain water will penetrate.

How does one do this? The answer is simple: use one of our Facial and Body oils if you want to treat the cells and boost collagen.
