Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don't need to. You can make purchases and checkout as a guest which means your personal information won't be stored. 

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed, so please carefully check all details to avoid mistakes. 

I have a discount code, how can I use it? 

Enter the discount code in the field 'discount code' and click add to apply before proceeding to checkout. Please note we are unable to manually apply the discount code to your order after it has been placed so please make sure it is accepted successfully before completing your order. 

I've received an incorrect item, what should I do? 

Please contact us quoting your order number and we will get back to you as soon as we can. 

When will my order be processed? 

All orders will be processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched on Monday. Did not find your question?
