3 STEP MORNING ROUTINE
How to achieve the best (and most productive) Natural Elements skin care workout in the morning! Do you use a lot? Do you use a little? how do you find the perfect balance when it comes to getting the best results from natural 'botany' skin care?
The key to finding the right routine for you & your skin is all about finding the right balance. You don't want too much to overload your skin but you don't want too little. Here are our top guides to achieveing your skin care goals:
1. Wash your face in the morning using a Face Wash Formula that suits your lifestyle or skin issue (once a week combine this part with our konjac sponge to gently exfoliate).
2. Followed by a little Facial Oil all over the face & neck. Any residual Facial Oil should be applied to the back of the hands. Remember it’s important to A) pick the right facial oil for the issue and skin type you have B) rotating youe facial oil when the seasons change during the year. 3. Apply 2 pumps of face Cream on top of the chosen Facial Oil. Which cream should you use? The best option is a face cream that locks in the oil & mattify the skin afterwards. When we say mattify, we do not mean dry or ‘cakey’, you will still have a refreshed finish.
Remember: patch testing is very important! We always advise patch testing on the inside of your arm to make sure you are okay with the plant compounds like essential oils.
