Welcome to Natural Elements Rewards. It’s simple: if you purchase anything from Natural Elements, or share our Facebook page, we will reward you with free products and free delivery!


Fabulous, right? So, here’s how many points you get:

  • Signing up to our email newsletter - 150 points
  • Share our Facebook page - 50 points
  • Follow us on Instagram - 250 points
  • For every £1 you spend, you’ll receive - 10 points

 

Use your points for:

  • Free UK Standard delivery - 1,000 points
  • Free Clarifying Face Wash - 2,500 points
  • Free Body Wash of Your Choice - 2,500 points
  • Free Moisturiser or Pacifying Face Mask - 3,000 points
  • Free Facial Oil of Your Choice - 5,000 points
  • Free Infinity Super Oil or Tightening Serum - 10,000 points

 

To redeem your rewards, click the Redeem button in the right-hand corner. This will reveal a discount code that you need to copy. 

Then, add the product associated with your free product reward to your cart and put the code into the discount field at checkout.

Once you hit Apply, the amount will be cleared, allowing you to finish the checkout process.

Note: Both the coupon and the product need to be in the cart for the coupon code to work. If the product doesn’t exist or is out of stock, the coupon will not work. 


Terms & Conditions:
Applying for or using the rewards program will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions so please read carefully: 

  1. All program applicants must be ages 16 years or older. 
  2. It is free of charge to be a member of the Natural Elements Skincare rewards program.
  3. We reserve the right to suspend or to terminate any Member's Program account if in our sole discretion we consider that the Member has breached the terms and conditions, supplied false or misleading information, or acted improperly or in an abusive, defamatory, criminal, or offensive way to any other Member or to our staff.
  4. Points cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash under any circumstances. 
  5. No rewards can be amended for personal preference. Points will not be awarded for any product received as a reward using account points. 
  6. Points cannot be accrued for delivery costs. 
  7. Natural Elements employees cannot participate in the rewards program.
  8. This rewards program is valid for retail customers online only at www.naturalelementsskincare.com. You will not receive points nor be able to spend points on Natural Elements products sold on any other associated or third-party website. Excluded websites include essentially-yours.co.uk and therapeuticsskincare.com. Trade or SCC customers from our parent company, Essentially Yours are not permitted to participate in the rewards program.
  9. Any trade or SCC customers seen actively using a rewards account will be removed & asked to return any free products they had received back to us in the original, unopened condition or they will be asked to pay for the product. 
  10. This is an online-only rewards program for naturalelementsskincare.com. You will not receive points or be able to redeem points on telephone orders.
  11. In no circumstance will points be retrospectively added to your account. Any qualifying actions as stated above will automatically accrue points in your account, please contact us at sales@naturalelementsskincare.com if you believe points have not been correctly accrued. To receive points for sharing our Facebook page, it must be from the Natural Elements Skincare page (@NESkinClinic).
  12. Points will only be awarded for sharing the page after the launch date of the rewards program, 28/01/19. 
  13. To receive points for following us on Instagram, it must be the first time you have followed us and the account must be @neskincareuk. 
  14. To receive points for signing up to our mailing list, it must be the first time you have signed up to the newsletter. You cannot unsubscribe and re-subscribe to be awarded these points.
  15. The email address you use to subscribe must be the same as the email address you use to login to your www.naturalelementsskincare.com online account in order for the points to be awarded correctly. You will receive email confirmation when points have been successfully added to your account and when you have successfully redeemed a reward using your points. Points are personal to an account and cannot be transferred or combined with another account to redeem a reward. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorised use of points.
  16. Any points not earned and held in accordance with these terms and conditions will be invalid. Any such points will be deducted, and other appropriate action may be taken by us. These terms and conditions may change, and members will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms and conditions when they go online at naturalelementsskincare.com to collect or redeem points.
  17. As such we strongly encourage you to review these terms and conditions from time to time. We may suspend or terminate the program at any time at our sole discretion and for any reason. In such event, members will be notified and all accounts will be suspended or terminated.
