Step 1: Hypoallergenic Face Wash
Wet hands with warm water, place squirt of the face wash gel into your palm and add a small drop of the oil in the mix, lather, then apply to your face, massaging gently remove make-up (can be used on eyes) Wash off and towel dry.
By adding the oil you effectively change the water pH (which can be drying to sensitive skin) and help to rebuild the skin barrier. It also helps with removing waterproof make up.
Step 2: Hypoallergenic Facial Oil
Apply small amount of the hypoallergenic facial oil into your hands, then massage it into the skin...wet skin if you have dry skin first. Any residue facial oil on your hands can be massaged into the neck area/back of hands.
If you have dry skin, apply the oil on damp skin to increase hydration. This also acts as a defender from UVA and the damage of sunscreens, which because of the chemicals they contain, can be a direct cause of skin issues.
Step 3: Hypoallergenic Moisturiser
Apply half of the hypoallergenic moisturisers over the facial oil to lock in the oils. The products should absorb easily, leaving a matt finish.
Some people prefer mixing a drop of oil in the moisturiser instead of applying oil first, and of course, you can use the moisturiser without the oil if that suits you better.
